We supply all the UK's food retailers with everything from Sandwiches, soups and sushi to cooking sauces, pickles and ready meals, and in FY24, we generated revenues of 1.8bn.
Our vast direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 17 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 10,500 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.

, we operate one of the most impressive facilities in Europe, based across a campus of 5 manufacturing units, and we have a team of around 2,000 colleagues making high quality premium products every day . We are the sole supplier of sandwiches, wraps, rolls and sushi for Marks & Spencer.
This is a 9 month Fixed-Term Contract
What You'll Be Doing
As
Logistics Administrator
you will carry out administrative duties that support the planning and logistics function.
Update and maintain supply chain administration systems that improve accuracy of planning and reporting
Process purchase orders, contacting customers and suppliers where necessary to clarify requirements, to ensure that accurate data has been included for planning and fleet administration
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure compliance and raise queries as needed
Validate and 'sign off' received invoices to aid budget management working with other departments to validate
Collect and collate relevant data and format concisely and appropriately to make it presentable to the customer and suppliers
Collate, complete and file paperwork and invoices to create an accurate audit trail
Shift: M-F 08:00am to 16.30pm

GCSE in Maths and English
Skilled in IT resources, including Microsoft office products
