Job Description

The post holder will be responsible in collaborating TAS logistics and internal/external suppliers to promote effective goods movement and storage, maintain compliant records and assure archive records to support TAS regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities

• Collection and filing of Proof of delivery
• Collation, filing and archiving of Logistics paperwork
• Daily validation and update of Import Log
• Weekly Stock reconciliation
• Logistics consumable management
• Freight invoice tally and PO closure/resolution
• Monthly MSS report tally

Requirements
Essential

• 1 year's previous experience providing administration support in logistics
• Previous experience in the preparation and completion of import/export documentation and an understanding of trade procedures
• Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A*-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
• Proven experience of working in a fast-moving environment where ability to deliver is paramount
