We are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a proactive and people-focused Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator to support their UK site. This is a highly varied and hands-on role, blending HR advisory support with office management, operations administration, and health & safety coordination.

The Role: As the HR & Office Coordinator, you will deliver day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and professionally. You will take ownership of onboarding, HR documentation, employee queries, and training coordination.
Alongside your HR responsibilities, you will oversee office operations, manage administrative tasks, support logistics and shipments, handle quotations, and liaise closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Technical teams. You will also assist with health & safety activities to promote a safe and compliant working environment.
