We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics and Warehouse Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a safe and organised working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch Carry out deliveries to/from suppliers and clients. Assist with inventory management and stock control. Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and secure Support other logistics and operational tasks as required

Requirements

Must have a driver's license Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred Good organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items Forklift certification (if applicable) is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy
