Logistics Assistant – Back Shift

Job Description
Connect Appointments are recruiting for our Bathgate based logistics client. We're seeking individuals to get started as Logistics Assistants on the back shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity for long-term work with permanent potential for the right candidates.
What's on offer?
- Full-time, ongoing work with a chance of permanent employment
- Weekly shifts based on rota requirements - working hours are 12pm to 7/8pm
- Paid weekly at 12.38 per hour
- Full training provided, and immediate starts available
- Using MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) to move stock
- Handling incoming deliveries and goods-in processes
- Loading/unloading produce in chilled storage areas
- Performing basic admin tasks related to bookings and goods-in records
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Great attention to detail
- Good computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Experience with proof of deliveries and working with external suppliers - NOT ESSENTIAL
