Job Description

DIGI4U LTD is a fast-growing E-commerce company based in Cardiff. We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. This will be a varied role and will keep you busy.

Key duties of your role:

- Getting the warehouse ready for everyday work; replenishing stock and getting packaging related items in the right position.

- Dispatching online orders daily; Communicating with marketing and customer service team in China to ensure all customers' requirements are met.

- Receiving, moving, checking and storing inbound goods; Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality; Labelling goods that have arrived at the warehouse.

- Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day.

- Maintaining stock and ensuring a clean and safe workhouse for staff to work in.

- Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems when it is necessary.

- Assist with FBA dispatch and returns.

- Efficiency and diligence

- Good knowledge and interests of 3C products

- Ideally previous warehouse experience

- Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin.
