Job Description
Alchemy is delighted to be partnering with an internationally established art gallery that is searching for a Logistics Assistant to join their excellent team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Head of Operations with administrative tasks
- Overseeing all shipping enquiries, national and international
- Responsible for all TA, Import, and Export paperwork
- Condition report checking and writing
- Helping the Art Technicians with day-to-day gallery tasks
- Previous experience with art shipping, ideally at an auction house, gallery or specialist shipping company
- In-depth understanding of art shipping logistics and relevant paperwork
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Art handling experience is not a must but would be a bonus
