Deliveries and Logistics Department

Key Responsibilities

Carefully wrapping and preparing luxury furniture for delivery Driving the company van to complete internal company collections across the UK (from local routes to longer-distance trips, such as Essex and beyond). Assisting in maintaining an organised and efficient workshop by managing completed furniture stock, measuring, and moving frames and finished pieces to storage. Supporting the team with quality control photography of ifinished pieces Issuing delivery labels and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Organising and maintaining our storage areas.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Is enthusiastic and eager to contribute to a rapidly growing team. Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Is physically strong and comfortable lifting heavy furniture daily. Holds a full, clean UK driver's licence and is willing to drive the company van for consecutive days when needed. Follows instructions carefully and works well under direction. Is polite, professional, and respectful toward both colleagues and our high-end products. This is not a client facing role but must represent the company to the highest standard when interracting with our suppliers during collection routes

Requirements

Must be over 25 years old (for insurance purposes). Must hold a clean and valid UK driving licence

Contract Details

This position will begin in

January 2025

as a

3-month fixed-term contract

, with the opportunity to extend for an additional

6 months

based on performance and business needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
