Logistics Associate- London/ Remote- Up to 45,000 + package
Pod Talent are excited to partner up with a global B2B online marketplace who is looking for a Logistics Associate to join their exciting team in Central London.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, enhancing product offerings, and fostering exceptional customer service as well as directly contributing to the growth and success of the business.
This is a great opportunity to join a fun and ambitious company that has been growing 10 times in revenue since February this year.
About the role:

Organise shipments, logistics and documentation to move material from A to B.
Work closely with the product teams to identify areas for operational improvement; you will analyse existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to optimise efficiency and productivity
Create and maintain a best-in-class customer service experience
Be the trusted point of contact for suppliers and customers in order to foster long-term partnerships

About you:

2+ years experience in logistics (in-house or freight forwarding)
Understands import/export documentation, customs as well as incoterms
Experience managing sea, air and road freights
Process improvements mindset with strong attention to detail
Proactive who is able to work independently as well as part of a team
