About the Role
A fast-paced logistics provider is seeking a proactive Freight Coordinator to manage vessel bookings, shipment scheduling, and communication between carriers and customers. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient freight movements.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export shipments and secure carrier bookings
• Prepare and verify all shipping and customs documentation
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, and hauliers
• Track shipments and provide timely updates
• Assist with customs clearance and regulatory compliance
• Resolve delays, discrepancies, and shipment issues
• Maintain accurate shipment and transaction records
• Support logistics planning and process improvements
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures
