Job Description

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the supply chain, ensuring seamless movement of goods from global suppliers to customers. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouses to guarantee on-time and compliant deliveries.

  • Coordinating international shipments, imports, and exports, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
  • Managing relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Monitoring inventory movements and stock availability to support timely order fulfilment.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation, invoicing, and customs paperwork.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving logistics issues in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Supporting continuous process improvements to optimise supply chain efficiency.
Minimum 3 years experience in International Logistics Required Rapidly growing business
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (food/ingredients/FMCG sector highly desirable).
  • Solid understanding of international shipping, incoterms, and customs processes.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with a drive to deliver results.
