Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Co-ordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of goods from our suppliers into our warehouse and onward to key partner customers. Acting as a central point of contact, they will ensure smooth communication and coordination between suppliers, the warehouse, and internal teams.

What you'll be Doing.



Arrange and monitor deliveries from suppliers to the warehouse. Track incoming shipments to ensure on-time arrival and resolve any delays or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of supplier delivery schedules and confirmation

Warehouse Coordination



Liaise with warehouse staff to schedule inbound and outbound deliveries. Ensure correct allocation of orders to key customer accounts. Provide warehouse teams with clear instructions and delivery priorities.

Internal & Customer Liaison



Act as a key communication point between warehouse, sales, and merchandising teams. Co-ordinate delivery schedules aligned with customer requirements.

Logistics Administration



Update internal systems with delivery and order information. Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics. Support in problem-solving and escalation of logistics issues as they arise.

Skills & Experience



Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination (preferred). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers, warehouse, sales, and merchandising teams. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (advantageous). Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
