We are looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator to join our busy back office team. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days from home and 2 days in our Marple office.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable person to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our field based operatives and providing an exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with field-based operatives to coordinate work schedules
Communicate directly with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met
Support the back office team with administrative tasks
Utilise our company software to plan and organise work efficiently
Preferred Requirements but not Essential:
Previous experience in a customer service role
Familiarity with field service management, CRM or similar systems
Essential Skills:
IT literate
Excellent punctuality and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be a team player!
