Your Purpose at Evri
As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operation, ensuring our corporate clients receive seamless service across collections, returns, assets, and more. You'll be the friendly face and strategic mind behind the scenes, working closely with planning, transport, and hub teams to deliver operational excellence.
This is a dynamic role where you'll manage client relationships, optimise booking processes, and help shape the future of our logistics network.
What You'll Be Accountable For

  • Coordinating daily hub collections, assets, and returns profiles for planning and transport teams.
  • Booking collections, returns, assets (cages, pallets, magnums, collars), flyers, and Supplier Owned Transport (SOT) in line with SLAs.
  • Supporting new client onboarding and integrating operational briefs into internal systems.
  • Defining operational routes, schedules, and trunking requirements.
  • Participating in annual peak planning and forecasting with the Corporate Bookings Manager.
  • Monitoring performance data and KPIs, recommending improvements where needed.
  • Managing ad-hoc client volumes and coordinating with the Asset Equipment Manager.
  • Overseeing client return trunks and van collections to ensure SLA adherence.
  • Booking and managing third-party vehicle resources.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and TMS systems.
Skills:
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential; Access desirable).
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritise effectively.
  • Commercial awareness and data modelling capabilities.
