Ensure all vehicles are fully prepared, photographed, documented, and delivered on time.
Maintain brand standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Coordinate valeting, servicing, and any additional work efficiently and cost-effectively.
Work closely with Sales and Aftersales to resolve issues and keep deliveries on track.
Uphold company values, maintain a safe and clean environment, and follow all customer journey policies.
Protect vehicle security, report damage or issues promptly, and ensure documentation accuracy.
What we are looking for:
Highly organised, energetic, and committed to delivering the best results.
Strong customer focus with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Clear, pleasant communicator who can be assertive when required.
Experience in a motor dealership or Progress Chaser role is desirable.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a full, clean driving licence.
