Job Description

As a Logistics Co-Ordinator working at our Volkswagen Van Centre, Sheffield, you will help us deliver on our promise of quality and reliability. Within this role, you will take ownership of key logistical processes at the site, working closely with the wider internal teams to ensure that every detail is handled with care.
You will play a key role in ensuring that every customer experiences the very best service from the moment they enter the showroom to the point they pick up their new VW Commercial vehicle!
Your day to day will include:

  • Ensuring that all vehicles are fully prepared, photographed, documented, and delivered on time.
  • Maintaining brand standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Coordinating valeting, servicing, and any additional work efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Working closely with Sales and Aftersales to resolve issues and keep deliveries on track.
  • Upholding company values, maintain a safe and clean environment, and follow all customer journey policies.
  • Protecting vehicle security, report damage or issues promptly, and ensure documentation accuracy.
What we are looking for:
  • Someone who is highly organised, energetic, and committed to delivering the best results.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Clear communicator who can be assertive when required.
  • Experience in a motor dealership or having held a Progress Chaser role is desirable.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a full, clean driving licence.
