GO Superfoods Ltd is a leading European superfoods business based on the outskirts of Sheffield. Established in 2008, we import a range of 80+ superfoods direct from growers around the world and sell them under our own brands, in bulk, direct to consumers via Retailers/Amazon and as private label. REPORT TO: Supply Chain Manager
LOCATION: Office based in Dinnington, Sheffield
Purpose of the role:
The logistics co-ordinator ensures the effective management of all daily inbound logistics and purchasing activities, delivering materials within agreed timeframes across the full supply chain. The role also encompasses placing purchase orders for all required materials and components, as well as managing damage claims related to customer sales.
Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery of purchase orders OTIF (On Time in Full) for all raw materials and components to both UK & EU warehouse.
• Ensuring all monthly KPI targets are achieved
• Responsibility of the purchasing inbox
• Responsibility of the logistics inbox
• Monitoring logistics spend is in line with company budget requirement
• Identify ways of streamlining processes to become more efficient
• Ensuring all import documentation is maintained and available for product traceability
• Attend and provide details for any involvement in weekly meetings
• Coordinating with external freight forwarders and hauliers
• Delivering on projects alongside the supply chain manager
• Providing daily/weekly updates on problematic bulk orders
• Engaging with bulk sales team to provide clear updates regarding stock position
• Providing holiday cover for other roles within the logistics team
• Must be aware that they need to report any issues relating to product safety, legality, authenticity and quality, to a designated manager, so that immediate action can be taken where needed
• Providing support to all other requirements set by the supply chain manager
• General administrative tasks within the logistics team

About you:

• Ability to prioritise, organise, and think critically under pressure
• Knowledge of worldwide sea, air, and road freight, including all required commercial documentation
• SAP literate
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Skilled in forward planning
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands
