Job Description

The primary role of Logistics Coordinator is to ensure the smooth movement of our client's products.

Coordinating import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and excise regulations.
Managing relationships with freight forwarders, bonded warehouses, and hauliers.
Monitoring stock availability and movements to ensure timely fulfilment of client orders.
Handling documentation, invoicing, and HMRC requirements.
Resolving logistics queries quickly and professionally.
Supporting continuous improvements in logistics processes and systems.

Import/Export experience requiredCompetitive salary & package

Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations role (wine/spirits/FMCG sector experience highly desirable).
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
Knowledge of bonded warehouse processes and HMRC excise requirements (desirable).
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
