Job Description

G4S Facilities Management is hiring a full-time, permanent Logistics Driver in the Gloucestershire Area.
The role requires excellent UK geographical knowledge, familiarity with transport regulations, and an HGV Class 2 license. The successful candidate will ensure efficient collection, transportation, and delivery of items, prioritising safety, security, and accountability.
Occasional overnight stays may be necessary, with accommodation provided by the company.
The position offers an excellent benefits package, including a 2.5% Golden Hello payment upon starting and a 2,000 annual retention bonus (pro-rata for part-time employees), subject to achieving and maintaining clearance requirements.
Responsibilities

• Safely operate fleet vehicles and equipment, completing daily checks.
• Perform manual handling tasks as needed.
• Ensure the Transport team works safely and efficiently.
• Promptly report health, safety, and compliance issues using correct procedures.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships.
• Work effectively within a small team and assist other teams as needed.

Essential
Full Clean Driving License
Valid CPC Card
FLT Licence ( training can be provided )
