Bert and May is a fast growing lifestyle brand that specializes in a variety of interior design products for both trade and retail markets. With predominantly selling tiles we have a vast range of materials available and even offer bespoke design!

The Programme:

The purpose of the graduate scheme is to give experience in all aspects of operating a the company. Some of the responsibilities you will cover are outlined below.

1. Rotational Placements

Work across different departments such as warehousing, transport, procurement, supply chain planning, and customer service. Gain a broad understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process.

2. Operations Administration

Support day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations. Help manage inventory, stock levels, and order fulfillment.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze supply chain data to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Prepare reports on performance metrics like delivery times, costs, and stock accuracy.

5. Technology & Systems Use

Use systems such as unleashed, shopify and excel.
This fast pace high energy role will equip you with the skill set to grow within the company and gain experience in the logistics field.

This position is for one year and after all modules are complete there is the option to be promoted to a permanent position to Logistics Supervisor. This will involve more responsibility, a pay rise and he opportunity to make improvements within the company.
