Role: Logistics Inventory Analyst
Location: London, UK
Duration: 6 Months
Duties:
Support Inbound Operations and Inventory Management
Monitor inbound delivery performance and measure accuracy against warehouse check-in metrics, maintaining a 24-hour SLA.
Collaborate closely with Planning and Procurement teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies between ASNs and POs.
Perform daily book-to-book inventory reconciliations to ensure accurate system alignment.
Provide Production Support and Issue Resolution
Play a key role in frontline production support by troubleshooting issues across multiple systems and integration points.
Track and report key operational metrics, providing regular performance updates; this may include active participation in daily and weekly operational calls.
Serve as the primary point of contact for EU/APAC RL (reverse logistics) retrievals, including full track-and-trace responsibilities.
Manage shipping and tracking of individual return units in support of Hardware Engineering teams, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Skills:
3+ years experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain execution
Comfortable handling both KTLO operational tasks and project-based improvements.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across global teams.
Strong familiarity with ERP and inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Client), proficiency in data and visibility tools (e.g., Looker, Snowflake, Jira), and working knowledge of warehousing and order management systems (e.g., WMS/ERP/OM).
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute.
Ability to define and track key metrics/KPIs, as well as able to implement scalable processes.
