Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Logistics Key Account Co-ordinator to join our growing team at Complete 3PL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while meeting KPIs and SLAs.

You will act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring all logistics, warehousing, and transport operations run smoothly and efficiently across our systems and service partners.

Key Responsibilities

o

Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts via email and telephone, delivering professional and timely communication.

o

Ensure customer service levels, KPIs, and agreed SLAs are consistently achieved and maintained.

o

Liaise with internal teams including warehouse operatives, transport planners, and supervisors to ensure daily client requirements are fulfilled.

o

Work closely with parcel courier and transport partners (including DPD and others) to consign shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any delivery issues promptly.

o

Accurately process customer orders, update systems, and maintain data integrity within the WMS (Mintsoft) and supporting software.

o

Conduct regular inventory checks, resolve stock queries, and support KPI reporting and documentation.

o

Support the continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

o

Assist with ad-hoc logistics and administrative tasks as required to meet business and client deadlines.

Skills & Experience

o

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, customer service, or account coordination (preferred).

o

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.

o

Confident in using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) -- experience with Mintsoftis a strong advantage.

o

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order management.

o

Proven ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-moving environment to meet client deadlines.

o

A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o

Strong organisational skills and an ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
