About the Role:
As the Logistics Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day international and domestic logistics, support warehouse operations, and help maintain the smooth flow of goods across our supply chain. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role that is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident liaising with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain and be a key contact across the business. The role also requires stepping up as the responsible lead during busy periods or holiday cover.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage all international and domestic shipments, including arranging freight, obtaining quotes, and completing import/export documentation.
Track all shipments proactively, resolve delays, and communicate accurate ETAs to internal teams and stakeholders.
Liaise daily with suppliers, freight forwarders, hauliers, carriers, and customs partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Work closely with our warehouse team to coordinate goods-in/out, stock movements, and workflow planning.
Assist with stock queries, discrepancies, inbound scheduling and day-to-day operational issues.
Maintain accurate shipping, cost and logistics records within internal systems.
Support purchasing with order tracking, supplier communication and supply chain administration.
Monitor freight and warehouse performance, identifying cost improvements and efficiency opportunities.
Provide general operational support across departments where needed.
Step up as the designated operations lead during periods of absence or high demand.

Happy to support warehouse operations when required.
