The Role

As our Logistics Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly while bringing energy and structure to our logistics processes. What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring everything flows seamlessly from start to finish. Lead, motivate, and support our logistics team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Build strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to keep things moving. Drive improvements, bringing structure and efficiency while keeping our flexible, can-do attitude. Work closely with our senior team to shape the future of our business and logistics strategy. Get stuck in! Who You Are

You've got solid experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally in an SME environment. You're a people person - great at building relationships, motivating teams, and communicating with clarity and warmth. You're ambitious, with a track record of driving change and improving processes. You thrive in a hands-on role and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You're adaptable, organised, and ready to bring structure to a fast-paced, evolving business.
