About This Opportunity
As a Logistics Manager, you will provide administrative and operational support for our very fast paced and international organization. The role is tasked with ensuring service excellence towards both internal and external stakeholders in the areas of logistics, product inventory, forecasting & replenishment as well as customer and consumer support. The position offers the opportunity to blend administrative skills with project management know-how and operational experience.
Responsibilities

  • Managing the relationships with our 3rd party logistics providers (encompasing commercial, operational and technical aspects)
  • Coordinating internal & external logistics resources on all replenishment and stock movement processes (inbound, outbound, delivery)
  • Leading & coordinating the demand & supply planning / forecasting process throughout the organization
  • Logistics data & systems management as well as reporting on logistical KPIs
  • Project implementation and management of continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • Multi-year experience working in logistics encompassing order processing, stock & inventory management, warehousing and transportation.
  • Track record of managing operational processes and procedures end to end.
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage workload throughout multiple accounts and projects.
  • High proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI or similar business analytics solutions
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and/or logistics management software and systems
  • University degree plus a minimum of four (4) years of related work experience.
  • Proficiency in English, additional European languages a plus.
