What you will be doing:



Our Installations department provides crews, equipment and travel support across all Wasserman customer sectors. As a result, this is a very busy and diverse department with installations occurring everyday throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

As Logistics Manager, Installations you will oversee the Install department. Will be responsible for the organization of staff and suppliers, to achieve "Right First Time" Installations that are within budget & adhere to all required Health & Safety guidelines and procedures. This is across the full variety of Wasserman clients and markets.

You will manage the Logistics Executives and work closely Project and Account managers; all Operations staff, a huge array of suppliers and other employees of Wasserman Live located across different offices in the UK and abroad.

Wasserman Live operates in a fast pace and agile environment, and workloads can vary, depending on time of year. Everyday duties will include:

oManaging department workloads and staff.

oBooking installation requirements. Crew, Vehicles, Equipment, Travel, Accommodation.

oPurchase order and invoicing management.

oSourcing and managing suppliers, maintain relationships and their H&S documentation.

oUnderstanding and managing risk.

oCreation and distribution of briefing & H&S documentation.

oIssue resolution and review, following non-conformance processes.

oEquipment and sundries, maintenance, inspections and stock control.

oData capture, management and reporting on department performance.

oLiaison with production and account teams to allow for timely availability of graphics for all installations.

oWorking with various internal teams to identifying and implement improvement.

oTendering and project planning.

The Skills and Experience you need:



oExcellent written and verbal communication skills.

oEnjoy being on the phone and forging and maintaining relationships.

oExcellent ability to project manage, problem solve and have fantastic organizational skills.

oEffective time management skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines.

oAble to multi-task and prioritise.

oStress resistance and ability to work under pressure.

oExperience managing a team, keeping others motivated, engaged and on task.oGood computer skills, particularly with Excel and MS office suite.

oA stickler for processes, great attention to detail, to ensure right first time.

oYou will take pride in your work, remaining focused, calm and motivated.

oExtensive knowledge of installation processes.

oAble to report and provide precises information for management on request.oPrevious working experience within an events or installation role.

oHealth and Safety trained.
