Logistics & Operations Coordinator (high Profile Client) Media Business, London

London, United Kingdom

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to support the personal and professional logistics of a high-profile client operating at the very top level of international sport and media.
The role sits within the close-knit team of a globally recognised figure in sport, business, and entertainment. Due to the high-profile nature of this role, discretion and professionalism are essential.
The role involves supporting the individual's day-to-day logistics - from liaising with private travel teams and coordinating ground transport, to ensuring key items are packed, delivered, and ready ahead of tight schedules. You'll be the go-to person on the ground, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee daily logistics in support of an extensive international travel schedule
  • Liaise with private aviation teams, drivers, couriers, hotels, and other relevant parties
  • Ensure the right items (e.g. signed merchandise, luggage, documents) are packed, tracked, and delivered correctly and on time
  • Prepare and execute detailed checklists ahead of travel or key events
  • Think ahead to ensure tasks are completed before being asked
  • Troubleshoot in real-time and adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Take ownership of operational details that directly impact key outcomes
What we are looking for:
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
  • Be highly organised, practical, and solutions-focused
  • Be able to work independently and take initiative without needing supervision
  • Remain calm under pressure and thrive in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
  • Be comfortable working in a highly discreet and professional setting
  • Have experience working with high-net-worth individuals or within elite sport/media environments (preferred but not essential)
