Position: Logistics Operations Coordinator

Location: London, E1 8DA

Language Requirement: Mandarin Chinese preferred

Visa Sponsorship: Potential for Skilled Worker Visa based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics operations for projects handled by the Chinese team, ensuring seamless integration and support.
Ensure that data is consistently updated daily, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
Handle B2B and B2C customer inquiries and daily requirements, providing exceptional service and support.
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth workflows, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
Utilize data analytics to monitor and report on key performance metrics, continuously improving operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a keen sensitivity to data accuracy.
Proven ability to collaborate
