Logistics & Operations Coordinator
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily order processing, fulfillment, and shipping.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and courier partners to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Monitor and manage stock levels, reporting low inventory to procurement.
Resolve delivery or stock-related issues efficiently.
Maintain smooth systems and processes for order flow and reporting.
Support the wider operations team with logistics and admin tasks.
Skills
Proficiency in transportation management systems is essential.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics management.
Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) coordination is advantageous.
Familiarity with AS400 and SyteLine software for data management is preferred.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret logistics data effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders.
Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures is crucial.
Good phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and suppliers.
