Logistics Operative
Job Description
Blue Arrow is recruiting for a logistics operator to start immediately for a food production company based in Bellshill
Shifts - Monday to Friday 07.00-15.00
Rates - 12.78
Over time 19.17 - 25.56
Weekly pay
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Carrying out all functions of the logistics.
*Loading of the product as specified on order allocations
*Maintaining all relevant paperwork required for traceability and order processing
*Ensuring the product has passed the final inspection
*Always preventing damage to the product
*Receiving finished goods from production, cooling, storage, and despatch direct to customer or trunking
*Undertaking training as instructed within Company training plans to develop skills applicable to specific functions
*Assisting in all aspects of stock-take processes under the direction of the Logistics Manager
Other desirable qualities include:
- Experience with Scanners
- Experience using FLT
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Free parking
- Free vending machine for hot drinks
