Job Description

We are seeking Logistic Operatives to join our client on an ongoing basis, supporting a range of essential services across transport, waste management, and laundry. This is a flexible, multi-skilled role designed to ensure smooth operations and high standards across site services. Successful candidates will rotate between duties, providing vital support to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Transport
Carry out local deliveries and collections within an 8-mile radius.
Safely handle light items including patient notes, blood samples, and pharmacy packages.
Ensure timely and secure transfer of materials in line with compliance standards.
Waste Management
Segregate and recycle waste according to legislation and site protocols.
Operate compaction machines and bin washers safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across waste facilities.
Laundry
Monitor stock levels and manage industrial laundry machines.
Support daily laundry operations and contribute to planned service expansion.
Ensure accurate handling and distribution of clean items.
Candidate Profile
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to service delivery.
Driving license preferred for transport-focused roles.
Flexible approach to varied shifts (primarily daytime, with occasional evening work).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt across multiple service areas.
