Join our Warehouse & Logistics team and play a key role in keeping our production moving!

We're looking for a reliable and proactive

Logistics Operative

to help coordinate the movement of stock through our busy site. You'll make sure everything runs smoothly - from incoming goods to despatch - supporting production and ensuring our products reach customers on time.

What you'll do:

Safely operate forklifts (FLTs) and pallet jacks to move stock around site Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues Record and stack finished products accurately, completing all despatch paperwork Load trailers safely and efficiently to meet deadlines Support production as required by the Supervisor or Warehouse Manager Keep despatch and storage areas clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene standards Help monitor cold store operations and temperature checks Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or despatch role A current FLT licence (counterbalance or reach) preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy A team player with good communication skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
