Job Title: Parts Transport Driver / Stores Driver
Location:
Primarily between 3 sites in the Surrey area plus the odd expectancy to drive to the midlands.
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - core hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Flexible start/finish times may be required (tendency to start early some days; occasional later finishes due to delivery schedules). Some flexibility is essential for this driving-focused role.
Salary: Equivalent to 14.50 per hour (approximately 30,000 per annum based on standard working hours)
About the Role We are seeking a reliable and organised Parts Transport Driver to join our team, supporting the efficient movement of parts and materials across multiple sites. This is a hands-on driving and stores role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move while contributing to smooth site operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport parts and materials between our main sites (primarily Dunsfold, Windlesham, and Shalford) using company vehicles
• Occasionally complete deliveries to other locations, including the Midlands region
• Book parts in and out of stock/systems accurately
• Assist with lifting, moving, and handling parts as required (manual handling involved)
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all parts arrive in good condition and on time
• Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
• Support general warehouse/stores tasks when not on deliveries

Requirements

• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
• Proven experience in a driving/delivery role preferred (van or light commercial vehicles)
• Physically fit and able to lift/move parts safely (manual handling is part of the role)
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills for booking/stock processes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexibly to meet operational needs
• Forklift licence/experience is advantageous but not essential (training can be provided if required)
