Aviation Logistics Operatives

Location: Wokingham, Berkshire

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 08:15-16:45

Salary: 26,500-28,000 (depending on experience)

Avia Technique, a growing aviation safety specialist and proud holder of IIP Gold accreditation, is looking for a reliable and proactive team member to join our busy Logistics Despatch department.

This role combines a range of logistics responsibilities, from packing, picking to internal deliveries and collections.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operative Duties

Packing goods, booking items in, and coordinating collections Supporting workshop logistics through item delivery and collection Maintaining accuracy and efficiency across warehouse processes Operate manual handling equipment (e.g. pallet trucks) Carry out daily housekeeping tasks to ensure work areas are clean, tidy, and hazard-free Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times, reporting any risks or incidents promptly Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets and resolve issues efficiently
What You'll Need

Strong attention to detail Clear communication skills--spoken and written Physical capability for manual handling across varied weights and sizes Strong awareness of health and safety standards and safe working practice
