This role is Monday - Friday 8 am-4 pm
What You Will Do
As a Logistics Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the Logistics department's management of Raw Material deliveries and Finished Goods shipments using SAP.
• Be responsible for cycle counts to ensure stock levels are accurate and minimum stock holdings are reconciled and managed to support the manufacturing process.
• Support and contribute to the safety procedures and safety culture on site.
• Build relationships and liaise with external Essity sites to manage Logistical operations.
• Support the safe operation and maintenance of the Forklift fleet on site.
• Support the inbound / outbound delivery schedule to manage logistics operations with external hauliers.
• Ensure housekeeping is maintained to protect stock holding .
• Analyse data to produce KPI information for review and presentation to the management team.
• Support the continuous improvement process to identify opportunities for improvement.

Who You Are
We're looking for someone who brings energy, reliability, and a safety-first mindset to the team. Ideally, you'll have:

• A strong commitment to Health & Safety.
• Valid FLT licences Counterbalance (Forks / Bale handling / Reel handling)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Confidence to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Exposure to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
