We're looking for a

Transport Planner

to join our high-performing logistics team in Bradford. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems on the move, and want to play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly -- this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing:
Planning and optimising delivery routes using specialist software Overseeing night drivers, ensuring issues are solved proactively Responding quickly to operational changes and challenges Keeping clear, professional communication with drivers, warehouse and customer service teams Ensuring compliance and supporting driver performance Working collaboratively to hit service and cost targets
? What we're looking for
Experience in transport planning / logistics (essential) Knowledge of Paragon routing software (desirable) HGV licence -- an advantage, offering real-world insight Strong UK geographical knowledge Calm, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail Flexibility -- shift patterns may vary with business needs
