Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure deliveries are on time and in full
Problem solve any logistical issues to provide alternative solutions to the deliver of our products
Handle inbound customer enquiries to and questions to ensure the high standard of our service is upheld
Track and handle stock of products to ensure deliveries can be fulfilled
Working with the UK HQ internal team to ensure client expectations are exceeded
What you'll bring
Experience in coordinating with logistics suppliers and planning routes
Route planning CRM experience
Experience dealing with clients and suppliers over the phone
Clear communication skills to coordinate both internally and externally
A degree in a logistics, supply chain or similar field will be advantageous
An ambitious and driven mindset with the desire to develop
