Job Description

As a Logistics Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our supply chain operations. Your main responsibility will be to safeguard company assets, personnel, and shipments within our logistics centers and during transit. You will monitor and control access to facilities, conduct regular security inspections, and coordinate with transportation teams to oversee the secure movement of goods. In this role, you will respond promptly to security breaches, investigate incidents, and document findings in detailed reports. Your attention to detail will help enforce facility policies, conduct risk assessments, and recommend improvements to security procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a professional background in security, law enforcement, or logistics, with strong observational and communication skills. You must be able to remain calm under pressure, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving security risks. Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring is required. A valid security license and a clean background check are essential. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to support 24/7 operations.
