Main Responsibilities:

The Senior FLM in Logistics plays a pivotal role in leading and optimising the intake and despatch operations to meet organisational goals in efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role is responsible for supervising, training, and developing a team of operatives to achieve high performance and continuous improvement, ensuring that all processes are conducted in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements. As a Senior FLM, you will drive logistics excellence, contributing directly to the seamless flow of goods and services within the organisation and ensuring data reporting is accurate and timely.

Ideal Candidate:

English level - pre-Advanced (verbal and written) Good communication skills SAP Knowledge (advanced) Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Microsoft Teams knowledge. Ability to adopt and evolve with business objectives Warehouse Management and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Experience Good math knowledge Ability to take decisions. Problem solving Racking Inspection (license will be provided by Training department) IOSH H&S Training Food Safety Level 3 HACCP Level 3
