The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency.
The Logistics Solution Manager will focus on overseeing the ecommerce logistics network setup and operation in target country, including courier delivery, fulfilment warehouse, reverse logistics, buyer seller service and policy.
Your role:
- Responsible for UK logistics seller experience, perform in-depth research and competitor analysis of logistics experience metrics and output solutions for improvement
- Design solutions that incorporate both operating procedures and system functions that serve UK logistics businesses and operations expansion and improvement.
- Manage the solution for its whole journey from initiation to implementation, drive for constant improvement when needed
- Work with cross function teams (account managers, governance etc) to establish common goals for seller fulfilment experience
- Continue to drive solution upgrades and innovations that are best suited for the UK/EU market. Contribute to the accumulation of our core logistics capabilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 4 years of logistics performance management or solution design experience in the e-commerce fulfillment or logistics industry. Cross-region and cross-culture work experience is preferred;
- Have a good understanding of e-commerce sellers, fulfillment, domestic logistics and other related industries. Experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies is preferred;
- With excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration, and project management skills;
- Has the ability to think outside the box and is able to take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, with significant experience in program or product management roles.
