Logistics Supervisor

We're looking for a

Logistics Supervisor

to join our busy team at JDM Food Group. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a team to deliver smooth, efficient, and safe logistics operations -- ensuring goods are received, stored, and despatched on time and to the highest standards.

Working closely with the Logistics Section Manager, you'll coordinate people, equipment, and processes to meet daily targets. You'll be a confident leader with a practical approach, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for teamwork and continuous improvement.

full-time on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (06:00-18:00)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team to deliver daily operational targets. Promote a safe working environment and uphold Food Safety and GMP standards. Organise workloads, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met. Liaise with other departments to maintain smooth stock flow and communication. Maintain accurate records and reporting to support business decisions. Coach and motivate team members to reach their full potential. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure the department remains audit-ready and operates to company standards.

About You

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environment. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Able to manage people, workloads, and priorities in a fast-paced setting. Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach. Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience using SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage. Positive, reliable, and supportive team player with good written and spoken English.
