Logistics & Supply Chain Executive (SAP ByD)

About the Role:
SystemsAccountants are working on behalf of our client, an international leading organisation in their field, to source a Logistics and Supply Chain Executive to join their London-based team.

This role will involve processing orders and data entry into SAP ByDesign as part of the Logistics team and reporting to the Head of Sales & Operations. The successful candidate will likely have some experience in data entry in SAP Business ByDesign and international supply chains. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with international teams and contributing to the seamless flow of operations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the international logistics team to ensure smooth supply and shipment processes, aligning with agreed timelines.
• Accurately recording client orders in the SAP ByDesign system and liaising with suppliers to maintain up-to-date information.
• Coordinating with multi-functional teams to prepare and provide essential shipping documentation for diverse countries.
• Maintaining an organized documentation system and performing track-and-trace functions for shipments.
• Facilitating effective communication with forwarders, ensuring timely processing of exports.
• Staying informed about import/export regulations and implementing necessary modifications.
• Assisting in banking documentation and overseeing the client payment process.
• Engaging in other duties as required to support the team.

Role Requirements:

• International Supply Chain experience
• Proven experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
• Familiarity and experience with SAP ByDesign
• Proficiency in MS Office, including intermediate MS Excel skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of international time zones, regulations, and ISO requirements
• Administrative qualification (Desirable)
