What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with the Logistics Director to:

Coordinate deliveries, collections, and returns of machines. Communicate with depot teams and external hauliers. Keep internal systems up to date with machine movements and stock status. Troubleshoot delivery or stock issues. Support stock takes and machine audits. Manage logistics paperwork and respond to internal queries.
This is a vital role that bridges the gap between head office and depot operations--your input keeps the wheels turning!

What You'll Need

Sharp organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Confidence working with systems, spreadsheets, and tracking tools. Clear, professional communication--internally and externally. The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a team-player attitude.
