Logistics Team Leader
Location: Rushden
Salary: 32,000 - 37,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 per week

The Opportunity
An established, forward-thinking organisation is looking for a driven Logistics Team Leader to take charge of daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll keep products moving, people motivated, and processes sharp.
You'll oversee goods-in/goods-out, manage stock accuracy, support cross-department operations and help steer ongoing improvements.

• Strong logistics/warehouse experience
• Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Dynamics or similar
• Forklift licence/experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Confident communicator and natural team motivator
• Organised, calm under pressure and solution-focused
• Happy switching between hands-on work and admin
• Passion for improving processes and maintaining high standards

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the logistics team
• Oversee receipt, storage, picking and dispatch
• Maintain accurate stock levels through counts and audits
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity
• Liaise with internal teams and international colleagues
• Manage CRM logistics data and documentation
• Ensure H&S compliance and warehouse standards
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate where needed
