We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Team Leader Security Officer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily security operations within our logistics facility, ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and inventory. You will manage a team of security officers, assigning duties, conducting regular patrols, and supervising access control points. Your keen attention to detail will be essential for monitoring surveillance equipment, responding promptly to security incidents, and preparing comprehensive incident reports. Collaborating closely with the logistics management team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and efficient working environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a security or logistics environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader position. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring security staff, developing and enforcing security procedures, and conducting regular risk assessments. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, a valid security license, and be comfortable working in fast-paced settings. A background in logistics or warehousing, proficiency in incident management, and strong problem-solving abilities are highly desirable. Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.
