About Us

Melody Maison is a growing and dynamic home interiors business, known for our high-quality products and excellent customer service. We're looking for a motivated and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Harworth site.

The Role

This is a hands-on role coordinating the day-to-day operations of our delivery service. You'll be responsible for ensuring our fleet and drivers operate efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support a team of 3-5 drivers and second men Oversee and maintain a fleet of 4-5 Sprinter and Luton vans Plan efficient delivery routes to maximise productivity Manage staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs Liaise with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service Carry out other logistics-related administrative tasks (Optional) Additional driving duties to make the role full-time

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in logistics coordination or transport management Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Knowledge of route planning and vehicle management A full UK driving licence (required) Flexibility to take on driving duties as needed Hours will vary from 6am - 5pm monday to Friday with some weekend tasks sometimes being requires (can be discussed)
