We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory / Warehouse

Internal Logistics person

to support our production operations. The role includes material preparation and handling, stock control, and warehouse logistics. This multifaceted role is critical to ensuring smooth workflow and timely machine readiness, with hands-on responsibilities for material and finished goods handling.

to join our existing Team as we expand our Logistics Team to cover Early and Back Shifts in our modern, state-of-the-art, 15m facility. With competitive pay

At McLaren Presentation, Livingston, we're specialists in high-quality cartons and packaging, supplying to major UK and international brands. Using our equipment you'll be collaborating closely with a supportive production team in a workplace known for high staff retention and strong teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in moving and preparing materials for the machines ahead of scheduled production. Guillotine training will be provided as required
Assist in preparing inks and plates for the press ahead of scheduled production (training will be provided).

Goods in/out. Receipting goods received, preparing and loading finished goods for delivery to our customers

Work collaboratively with production, packing and quality staff to achieve production targets. Maintain safe and efficient working practices at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Proven warehouse / factory experience Counter Balance Forklift Truck licence and / or Bendi Truck (high bay) licence Basic IT skills Strong attention to detail and quality standards. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Previous experience in print production, warehousing, or manufacturing is an advantage

Hours & Location:

Current hours:

Early shift Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:30; Friday 06:00-12:00

(38 hours per week).

Back shift Monday-Thursday 13:15-21:45; Friday 11:45-17:45

(38 hours per week).

Pay & Benefits:

12.60 - 13.85 per hour Dependent on experience

+ Shift premium

Overtime at time and a half; double time after four hours on weekends 29 days holiday (including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown (8-10 days). Company pension: 3% employer / 5% employee.
