At Sainsbury's Tech, we build the technology that powers the UK's number one multi-channel, multi-
brand retailer.
The Planning and Logistics Co-Ordinator is responsible for the day-to-day supplier billing and
timesheet processing, Team Inboxes, planning and stock reporting.
The Planning and Logistics Co-Ordinator works with the Planning and Logistics Leads to ensure
hardware is in stock for all programmes and schemes and ensure that we manage team budgets.
What I need to do

• Manage 3rd party billing processing for division, manage timesheet allocation.

• To be the point of contact and approver for lost and stolen store requests.

• To manage weekly 3rd Party Activity App requests and outputs to and from stores.

• To manage weekly planning and logistics reports, completing analysis, converting data.

• To manage project tracking, complete updates to relevant files.

• Attend relevant meetings and provide contributions to team progress and innovations.

How I will succeed

• Effective working relationships between internal and external customers.

• Completing tasks within deadlines, providing clear and accurate data.

Essential Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Understanding of managing third-party suppliers and partners

• Awareness of budget management.

Additional Experience

• Good commercial and financial awareness.

• Good communication skills, both oral and written.

• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good working knowledge of technology in the estate.

• A desire to continuously improve systems and processes.

• An ability to work independently and proactive within the Planning and Logistics framework.
