Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
You will support daily warehouse operations and ensures efficient coordination of logistics activities. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the role is split evenly between administrative duties and hands-on warehouse tasks. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, and preparing goods for dispatch. The role also involves working with procurement, projects, and sales teams to align logistics with business needs, overseeing loading and unloading, and ensuring the warehouse remains organised and compliant with safety standards. Additional duties include resolving shipping or inventory discrepancies, liaising with transport partners, operating warehouse equipment when required, and maintaining accurate records through WMS or ERP systems.
What you'll bring?
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, with strong knowledge of shipping regulations, inventory management, and warehouse best practices. Proficiency in logistics software such as Oracle Fusion (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office is essential. Strong organisational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work under pressure. A Reach Truck certification is desirable. A high-school diploma is required; a related degree is an advantage. Physical ability to lift up to 25kg and stand/walk for extended periods is needed.
