Job Responsibilities
1. Cooperation Development: Proactively identify cooperation opportunities with local financial institutions in Europe and the UK, such as banks, payment companies, and credit firms. Establish and maintain sound cooperative relationships to introduce high-quality financial cooperation resources for the company and support business growth.
2. Negotiation & Consultation: Lead commercial negotiations with cooperative institutions. Based on the company's business objectives and market conditions, strive for the most favorable cooperation terms to maximize the commercial value of cooperation.
3. Demand Alignment: Gain in-depth insights into the characteristics of European markets (including the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands) and the needs of financial institutions. Precisely align the company's payment products and services with these demands, provide win-win customized solutions, and enhance the alignment and sustainability of cooperation.
4. Market Insight: Closely monitor developments in the European financial market, changes in policies and regulations, as well as the dynamics of competitors. Timely feedback key information to provide strong support for the company in formulating market strategies.
5. Project Follow-up: Track the execution and implementation of cooperative projects, coordinate resources across various internal departments of the company, ensure the smooth advancement and landing of cooperative projects, and achieve the expected goals.
Job Requirements?
1?Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, finance, or related majors; proficiency in English as a working language; overseas work experience is preferred.
2?More than 5 years of work experience in cross-border payment products or related industries, with a good command of product methodologies.
4?Result-oriented, able to adapt to a high-intensity and fast-paced work environment, and possess curiosity as well as the ability to learn quickly and embrace trial and error.
